The Alternative Development Centre (ADC) is a registered nonprofit trust in Jaipur, Rajasthan province of India.

ADC aims to promote education, human development and wellbeing of the deprived particularly those being excluded from the present development model and rapid economic growth. Community based education and development of slum and street children along with empowerment and skills training of slum women is a priority We also advocate and are planning sustainable ecological and environmental projects. ADC tries to promote inter-cultural understanding, peace and build global solidarity in the spirit of the Indian saying ‘vasudhaiva kutumbakam’ or World is a Family. Research and book writing projects on subjects like children’s rights and responsible tourism will be undertaken to clarify the issues involved in achieving our objectives, suggest alternatives and disseminate knowledge.
